Clockwise Exeter at Broadwalk House opens this summer to provide contemporary private offices, shared workspaces and meeting rooms with flexible membership plans.

Situated in the city centre at the heart of the Castle Quarter, the building has large windows overlooking the Southernhay Gardens. Bright, airy and designed for working independently at pace or for collaboration, the team behind Clockwise Exeter want it to be "the city’s most innovative workspace focused on productivity."

The Clockwise club lounge membership provides hotdesking options, or dedicated desks are available for those who want their own reserved spot. And fully customisable private offices are also available for companies who need to bring their teams together.

All Clockwise members have access to additional areas, kitchenettes, breakout spaces, phone booths and preferential rates on meeting rooms. The onsite café, Two Hands, has a range of healthy breakfast and lunch items, as well as coffee, juices, and a licensed bar. A programme of events has been created to inspire personal and professional growth, while the online portal champions collaboration with a network of members and businesses to connect with.

The ground floor features a variety of meeting rooms suitable for four to 20 people. These are fully equipped with A/V and are available to reserve by the hour or day.

Clockwise provide permanent flexibility, ongoing support and proactive service – all covered by one cost with no hidden fees. There’s no need to invest in CAPEX, or get locked into long contracts. Clockwise licenses are fully flexible.
