South West-based Boardroom Advisors have now been officially authorised by the UK Home Office to act as an Endorsing Body for Startup Visa applications.

This is the second Visa for which Boardroom Advisors, based in Exeter, Bristol and Cheltenham, is now an Endorsing Body. The news follows the authorisation from the Home Office last year for the Innovator Visa, for which the firm has a 100% success record.

The Startup Visa is a programme created by the UK Government aimed at bringing new and innovative businesses to the UK. The successful applicants will have a two year Visa and will be given the opportunity to start and operate their business in the UK markets, with support from their Endorsing Body.

John Courtney, CEO of Boardroom Advisors, said: “The expertise provided by Boardroom Advisors will prove to be invaluable for successful Startup Visa applicants as they look to get their business off the ground, grow and create a sustainable future for their company in the UK.”

Boardroom Advisors offers support and strategic mentorship for business across the UK. Headquartered in Bristol, the firm has over 150 advisors and regional directors.

The company was founded by serial entrepreneur John Courtney, who also founded marketing agency Strategy Digital which was bought by Fat Media. John is a winner of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from TechSpark and a well known speaker business award judge.
