Angel Investors Bristol completes third deal with investment in distil.ai
Angel Investors Bristol (AIB), a leading angel investment group in the South West of England that launched in Autumn 2024, has announced its third deal in the space of just six months.
AIB’s latest investment is in Big Business Intelligence Limited (trading as distil.ai). distil.ai is an Exeter-based company that uses data science and AI to aggregate numerous and disparate data sources to generate invaluable Management Information for the restaurant and hospitality sector.
distil.ai can take booking information from sites such as Opentable and combine it with point of sale information, venue wifi data, social media ad tracking, email marketing data and loyalty scheme information - amongst many other sources - to create a highly valuable “single customer view” and a data tool that can help markedly improve both marketing and operations.
