She joins the team at a pivotal time as the company continues to expand its cutting-edge Catchment Monitoring as a Service (CMaaS®) and scale sustainable water management solutions for water companies nationwide.

Rob Passmore, CEO of Additive Catchments, commented: “We’re thrilled to welcome Hedda to our senior management team. Her remarkable experience in global environmental leadership and stakeholder engagement will be pivotal in advancing our mission to restore river health across the UK. As we continue to innovate in water management and build public trust, Hedda’s expertise in communications and sustainability will drive impactful partnerships and expand our reach.”

“Social License to Operate is a cornerstone of all Additive.earth ventures,” Rob continued. “It refers to the ongoing public trust and support that organisations earn through transparent practices, genuine community engagement, and sustainable impact. Hedda is an industry leader in cultivating this trust, and her expertise will be instrumental as we strive to foster strong relationships, both with local communities and broader networks.”

Hedda said: “I’m excited to join the Additive team at such an important time. The work being done here is truly transformative, and I look forward to collaborating with water companies, communities, and policymakers to drive meaningful change. Together, we can pioneer innovative solutions that restore biodiversity and build a sustainable future, ensuring healthier waterways for generations to come.”
