An Airbus A380 has completed a three hour flight powered primarily by cooking oil, the aerospace firm has announced .

The aircraft took off from Blagnac Airport in Toulouse, France, on Friday 25 March. The flight lasted about three hours, operating one Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engine on 100% Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
